Free Will Baptist Church Passion play
Dear Friend,
We’re excited to tell you about our 2008 Passion play,
“My Jesus”. We hope you are planning to
attend & help us celebrate the story of Christ’s sacrificial death for all
mankind & His Glorious Resurrection!
This year’s play will be portrayed through the eyes of The
Nail Maker, who could have been the one to make the nails that nailed Jesus to
the cross. The modern characters are a Pastor, wife, their daughter and the
daughter’s college friend. The daughter has heard the story of Jesus all her
life, but has not come to truly know the Savior.
Our performances begin on Friday night, March 7th
& continue through Sunday afternoon, March 9th. Then we will
have performances again the next weekend, March 14-16. Performances will begin
at 7 PM each night, & we will open the doors to begin seating ticket holders at
6:30 PM. Those without tickets will be seated beginning approximately 10
minutes prior to the start of the performance.
In addition to our nightly performances, we will offer
afternoon performances on Saturday, 8th & 15th & Sunday,
March 9th & 16th. The afternoon performances will begin
at 3 PM, & we will begin seating ticket holders at 2:30 PM.
As always, we will provide pre-performance music & a
multi-media presentation. A nursery will be provided for children birth to 24
months. You can reserve your tickets by detaching & returning the form below.
